Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (invoice) to request a return. To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items cannot be returned, including: Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

We use trusted carriers such as UPS. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
At this time, EquineLED ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
EquineLED is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, contact us at info@equineled.com and we’ll help guide you through the process.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, EquineLED cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping charges.

Thank you for purchasing a product from EquineLED. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This document explains the terms of the 1-Year Limited Warranty for products purchased from EquineLED.
1. Warranty Coverage
EquineLED warrants that its products (including batteries) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. EquineLTS products are treatment devices, not stable boots. Each product including boots/leg wraps should be under supervision during treatment. Do not leave the horse unattended while using the device, as movement may cause unnecessary pressure (stress) on the LED strip and result in damage.
