1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as UPS. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
At this time, EquineLED ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
EquineLED is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, contact us at info@equineled.com and we’ll help guide you through the process.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, EquineLED cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping charges.
